November 30th, 2006 - Javascript-enabled Flash Movies
http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/
There’s the link Darren gave me today. It’s got an object you can download and call inside of the HTML for placing Flash objects on the page without having to double click the panels and whatnot.
November 30th, 2006 - Map page
I have made a map page. I used a program template before Danny put everything into one file. So don’t worry about the left nav. bar for now. There’s a small problem, which is the query doesn’t return the description of the published program. I was able to send the location of those programs and put their markers on the map. But When you click on the marker, it only shows the location, not the program info.

November 21st, 2006 - Flash - .SWI vs .FLA
Alan, Danny, Man,
I’ve done a little digging and there doesn’t appear to be an easy way to convert between .fla (Flash) and .swi (Swish) files. You can export from Swish to .swf and import it to Flash or vice versa, but data can be lost. Rather than second guess our conversion I’d suggest that we simply recreate Man’s first iteration of the quiz in Flash and take it from there.
