Things I have learned/Things to learn:

-Need to increase my knowledge about Flash.

    Suggestions for the Powerpoint:

-Use a darker color for the text.
-Don’t skew images. Find a way to keep them at scale. It’s ok to use two slides for the forum package since the text does not require the audience to visually reference the screenshot.
-Make the screenshot of the website larger so that the details can be seen, and change the color settings so that it isn’t so washed out. There’s no reason it shouldn’t appear as it does in the original GIF.
-Our bulleted text doesn’t need to be in complete sentences. Try and make them more brief or split them into multiple bullets.

i.e. “It has more features than what is required for our project and it is easy to use”
    Make this into two bullets:
    -”Powerful”
    -”Easy to use”

Apply this to the other lengthy bullets. They are points of reference for the audience to glance at. The details of each should be filled in by the speaker.

Lastly, my name is Alan. 1 L, not 2. =)

    Man,

    Couple suggetions:
    - Uniform font size throughout the slides. The light blue color tends to bleed into the background from farther away, pick a darker color that contrasts more.
    - As we mentioned, all we need for the forums screenshot is the phpBB logo - maintain size ratios when you resize the image.
    - Alan has uploaded a larger, cleaner version of the Walking Shield logo. Use in the top left corner of slides and remove/shrink the girl in the lower right corner.
    - Review the language style on each slide - some are too informal and or confusing (see “Future Risks”).
